JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator with experience in operating 3, 4, and 5 axis machines and proficiency in FANUC controls and AutoCAD programming.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator with 3, 4, and 5 axis machines.
  • Proficiency in operating FANUC controls.
  • Strong programming skills using AutoCAD and the ability to interpret CAD models.
  • Excellent understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in CNC machining preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up CNC milling machines with 3, 4, and 5 axis capabilities using FANUC controls.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to program CNC machines via AutoCAD.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
  • Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain precise dimensions and tolerances.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Document production activities, including setup sheets, inspection records, and machine logs.
