JOB DESCRIPTION:

Running and operating CNC Milling machines as well as creating programs when required using Mastercam software.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years of CNC Milling programming experience with Mastercam is required
• 5 years as a machinist and operator minimum
• Working with tight tolerances is a must
• Familiarity with FANUC controls
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $37.00-$43.00 per hour

• Programming with Mastercam for new parts, modifications, and changes to existing programs.
• Operating the CNC Doosan milling machines (FANUC Controls) and producing quality parts.
• Being proficient in understanding G-Code programming
• Setting up jobs
• Adjusting the program on the fly if needed, such as, feeds, speeds, offsets etc.
• Organizing and taking care of all tooling and equipment
• Controlling tight tolerances during production runs to ensure quality parts
