CNC OPERATIVE

Are you looking for a exciting new role working for a fast paced growing manufacturing company. Platinum Stairlifts is looking for a CNC operative, who may have some experience or knowledge. If you don’t have any experience don’t worry, full training will be provided.
The role involves:
· Complete pre user sheet or saw
· Collect jobs from bending machine operator to cut
· Check cut list to make sure job not doubled up and write on list
· Unload one tube at a time and load onto machine
· Trim the end of the steel tube before use
· Cut each piece to requested size
· Check piece cut correctly and write PR number and piece on.
· Place piece in holding bay for bending machine operator.
· Sign all paperwork
· Experience using laser and cutting machines
Working hours are:
Mon - Thu 2.15pm - 10.45pm
Fri - 11.45am - 5.45pm
(There is a 10% shift allowance)
We will provide full training.

Expected hours: 39 per week
