JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a meticulous CNC Machine Operator to ensure flawless execution of machining processes. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, expertise in program setup, tooling, and machine maintenance, and adherence to strict quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of hands-on CNC operation experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
• Ability to read technical drawings and G-code.
• Experience with aerospace-grade materials (titanium, aluminum, composites).
• High discipline in workplace cleanliness and safety.

• Load, set up, and operate 3/4/5-axis CNC machines.
• Conduct pre-run checks, tool calibration, and machine maintenance.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMM.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
