POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team, specializing in precision machinery for exhibition stand construction. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines for cutting, engraving, and shaping various materials used in creating high-quality exhibition displays.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in exhibition stand or similar industries.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines .
• Strong understanding of materials used in exhibition displays and their machining properties.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good time management and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.

Experience:

• CNC Operator: 2 years (Required)

• Operate CNC machines to cut, engrave, and shape materials such as wood, acrylic, metal, and composite panels for exhibition stand construction.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to execute precise machining operations.
• Program CNC machines using appropriate software and make necessary adjustments for accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
