Opportunity for a hardworking, outgoing and ambitious learner to apply for our CNC Operator position.
The Outdoor Group offers medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, holiday pay, and climate controlled manufacturing floor.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • HS/GED required
  • Experience using a CNC Machine (lathe, swiss, or vertical)
  • G-code programming a plus

HOURS

  • Seeking B-Shift Operators
  • 8 hour B Shift hours are 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday
  • Overtime as needed*

Responsibilities
  • Load and operate CNC swiss style screw machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC vertical mills.
    *

Be able to operate CNC Machine Centers using various types of controllers (e.g. Fanuc and Haas); use multiple CNC Machine controls.

  • Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues.
  • Conduct inspection of components being machined to ensure conformity to quality requirements using precision measuring instruments.
  • Run 2-4 machines at at time
