We are looking for a skilled individual who can operate CNC machines efficiently to produce high-quality parts. If you have experience in CNC operations and are passionate about precision machining, we want to hear from you.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience in CNC Setup, loading, and operating
Strong mechanical knowledge to understand machine operations
Ability to perform machining tasks accurately and efficiently
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to read and understand specs and drawings
Manufacturing experience a PLUS
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem solve to find the best solutions for creative milling needs
Knowledge of carpentry and assembly a plus
General Machine Maintenance
Change tools, set depths, and run CNC machines
Program CNC files using Enroute and
Simultaneous operation of multiple machines
Minor troubleshooting
Part in process inspection
Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to determine the best methods for CNC machining.
Excel in machining skills, ensuring efficient and high-quality production
Organize day-to-day workflow in the CNC department to meet deadline
Ensure all completed works meet the company’s high-quality standards
Address quality or project lead time issues promptly and effectively
Adhere to OSHA Health & Safety regulations and champion safety awareness.
