SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC machinery and assist with the machining and assembly of components, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS * Previous experience in machining or manufacturing preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and deburring tasks. * Experience operating forklifts is a plus. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Previous experience in machining or manufacturing preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and deburring tasks. * Experience operating forklifts is a plus. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Stand and move around the shop floor for extended periods. * Lift or carry up to 50 lbs. * Perform repetitive tasks with good manual dexterity. * Work safely in a manufacturing environment with PPE.
