HIRING NOW FOR A 2nd SHIFT CNC OPERATOR! TEAM ENVIRONMENT! GREAT BENEFITS!
Hours for the CNC Operator are Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to midnight. Will train on 1st shift for 4 to 6 weeks.
Rate of pay for the CNC Operator to include $1.50 the night differential is $20.50.

Key Responsibilities of a CNC Operator Include:

  • Setting up CNC machines, which involves configuring software and adjusting machine settings.
  • Selecting, measuring, and mounting the appropriate tools and attachments for the job.
  • Monitoring the CNC machine during operation to ensure adherence to specifications and making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
  • Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they are holding up to quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace at all times.
  • Documenting actions by completing production and quality logs.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the CNC Operator Include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required.
  • Post Secondary training in CNC Operation or related field is preferred.
  • MUST have a minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing.
  • Ability to read interpret complex technical documents such as blueprints and AutoCAD drawings, and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production of components.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
