Operate CNC routers and other woodworking machinery to cut, shape, and finish wood products.  Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files for production.  Set up tools, jigs, and fixtures in the CNC machine to ensure accurate cutting and shaping.  Load and unload materials onto the CNC machine.  Monitor the machine during operation to ensure proper function and quality output.  Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain tolerances and finishes.  Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment.  Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures, gauges) to verify accuracy.  Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company safety policies.  Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams for continuous improvemen
