Position Summary: We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Nest-Based Router (NBR) CNC Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate CNC routers to cut laminated wood panels with precision and efficiency, helping us deliver top-tier products to our customers. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC routers using nest-based software and techniques. Interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings to ensure accuracy. Load sheet materials and oversee the machine through cutting cycles. Inspect and verify part quality, making machine adjustments as needed. Perform daily maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on machinery. Work collaboratively with programmers, material handlers, and QC staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience operating CNC routers (Thermwood, Biesse, Weeke, or similar) preferred. Familiarity with nesting software and woodworking or panel processing. Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers). Mechanically inclined and quality-focused. Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
