As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-driven, consistent, steady, organized Tube Laser operator to join our night shift.  Full Job Description: * Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and gages.  * Remove and replace dull cutting tools.  * Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.  * Listen to machines during operation to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems.  * Adjust machine feed and speed, change cutting tools, or adjust machine controls when automatic programming is faulty or if machines malfunction.  * Stop machines to remove finished workpieces, or to change tooling, setup, or workpiece placement, according to required machining sequences.  * Lift workpieces to machines manually.  * Modify cutting programs to account for problems encountered during operation and save modified programs.  * Calculate machine speed, feed ratios, and the size and position of cuts.  Required Characteristics: * Must have 1-2 years of experience with a Metal Manufacturer, including setup and tool changes. * Must have the ability to read and interpret gauges such as, but not limited to, calipers, micrometers & etc. Benefits: * Performance & Attendance Bonuses  * Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance at 60 days * Long and Short-Term disability coverage * Critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity * HSA and FSA opportunities * 401(k) with company match after 60 days * Paid Holidays & Vacation * Personal Time * Weekly Pay Wages: * $18.00 - $25.00  * Plus, a shift premium for the Night Shift is $1.00 * You will have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.50 an hour  * Apply here, and we will send a link to complete the application and culture index survey.    *** This survey must be completed at the time of the application being submitted. ***    If you have any questions or issues, please call 260-488-1800.    Join the team that makes a Meaningful Difference in Lives!
