OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating CNC machines. This role is crucial in ensuring the precision and quality of our fabricated products. The CNC Operator will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, setting up machinery, and performing quality checks to meet production standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls and SolidWorks software is preferred.
• Experience with welding and fabrication techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate CNC machines includes milling machines to fabricate parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining processes and dimensions.
• Set up tooling and fixtures for CNC operations, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
• Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and gauges to verify dimensions of finished products.
• Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices for efficiency improvements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
