We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator with at least one year of experience to join our team and help us continue setting industry standards..

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CNC machines.
• Familiarity with CNC systems (e.g., Haas, Mazak, Fanuc, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Perform basic machine setup and make minor programming adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety standards.
