JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, programming, and quality control to ensure that all products meet the highest standards.

SKILLS

• Experience in CNC machining processes is an asset.
• Understanding of CAD software for blueprint reading and design interpretation.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials used in machining.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Work Location: In perso

• Set up and operate CNC machines (5 axel)
• Read and interpret blueprints .
• Program CNC machines using appropriate software and logic controllers for precise fabrication.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
