What You’ll Do at TenX Manufacturing As an Experienced CNC Operator at TenX Manufacturing, you will play a key role in machining operations by ensuring parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and to customer specifications. Your responsibilities will include: Operating CNC machining equipment safely and efficiently in a production environment Monitoring machine performance and making minor adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency Inspecting machined parts according to quality control plans and technical specifications Identifying tool wear, part defects, or process deviations and taking appropriate corrective action Performing secondary operations such as de-burring, trimming, and finishing as required Accurately labeling product containers per job traveler and work order requirements Reviewing work instructions, prints, and job travelers prior to running jobs Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Following all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions Communicating issues or improvement opportunities to the CNC Supervisor Packaging finished products to customer specifications What TenX Manufacturing Is Looking For High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications Strong understanding of visual and dimensional quality requirements Experience using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) preferred Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality parts Knowledge of basic machine safety, lockout/tagout, and shop safety practices Effective written and verbal communication skills Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Why You’ll Love Working at TenX Manufacturing Competitive pay Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance 9 paid holidays A clean, modern manufacturing facility A supportive, team-oriented culture that values skill and craftsmanship Opportunities for growth and advancement within TenX Manufacturing Ready to Grow with TenX Manufacturing?
