Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues. Requirements Set up and operate equipment to perform various machining operations. Load and unload machine Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure that parts and components are manufactured to the required specifications. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that all machines are running efficiently. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and resolve production challenges Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications. Maintain and repair as needed to ensure that they are operating at peak efficiency. Ensure that all work is completed within the established timeframes and meets the required quality standards. Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities. Work within a visual Lean Manufacturing Environment/System This employer uses E-Verify.
