JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating CNC machinery, including CNC lathes and milling machines. This role requires proficiency in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and the use of various hand tools and power tools. The CNC Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce precision parts according to specifications.

  • Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using calipers and other measuring tools to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
  • Collaborate with team members in assembly tasks and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
