Who we are looking for: We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Plate Laser Operator to join our manufacturing and fabrication team. In this role, you will operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce precise, high-quality metal components that meet exact specifications. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience with CNC machines or laser cutting systems. On-the-job training is available for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who can: Operate CNC plate laser equipment accurately and efficiently. Select and configure the correct cutting programs for each project. Set up machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance on CNC laser equipment. Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and dimensional tolerances. Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished parts for the next stage of production. Follow standardized production processes and maintain accurate documentation. Consistently meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards. Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50+ lbs as needed. Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, and bills of materials. Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times. Support production needs by performing additional tasks as required. Perform additional duties as assigned.
