If you’re looking for a career to grow and excel, apply now! Who we are looking for: We are hiring a CNC Laser Operator / CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing and fabrication team. In this role, you will operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce precise, high-quality metal components in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in CNC machining, laser cutting, or general manufacturing, as well as mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow their skills. On-the-job training is available. We are looking for someone who can: Operate CNC laser cutting machines (plate laser) accurately and efficiently in a manufacturing/production environment Select, load, and run the correct CNC programs for each job Set up and configure machines and equipment for optimal production performance Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Inspect finished parts for quality control, accuracy, and dimensional tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished parts for production flow Perform material handling and safely lift up to 50+ lbs as needed Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain production documentation Work independently while meeting production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/manufacturing workspace Physical Demands: Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Requirements Experience: CNC Laser Cutting: 1 year (preferred)
