QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES

A minimum of two years’ experience in operation of CNC press brakes required.
Further inhouse training will be provided.
Multi-task orientated and possess good organisation skills and attention to detail.
Be able to work to critical timescales.
Must be fit and healthy due to physical nature of the job.

Responsibilities

The position will include but not wholly be limited to the following:
Operation of CNC brake presses
Setting up the machine by reading engineering drawings, programming, tooling changes
Operate hand tools
Manoeuvring of materials on to and off the press machines, either by crane or manually
Working accurately to drawings and instructions from your manager
Working to deadlines set by your manager.
Responsible for personal quality control and make adjustments as necessary
Complete necessary accompanying paperwork
Operate within safety guidelines and any operating procedures
Housekeeping and general workshop duties
