Arcadia is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Programmer / Setter & Operator (Shift Work)

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Trade or related qualification.
· Prior Brake Press machine operating experience (3 years minimum)
· Prior experience within a busy manufacturing environment.
· Ability to interpret basic drawings.
· Attention to detail and an eye for quality.
· Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
· Good degree of physical fitness / manual handling experience.
· Own reliable transport.
· Forklift ticket desired but not essential.

YOUR KEY DUTIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

· Setting up and operation of CNC Press Break – both manual data input and offline software.
· Operation of Guillotine machines.
· Responsible for the efficient flow of work to meet company production objectives.
· Quality assurance – identify non-conformances and report accordingly.
· Material usage management using company MRP system.
· Regular maintenance in line machine maintenance schedule.
· Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner.
· Adhering to PPE and safety policies.
