REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience programming multi-axis mills and lathes
• CAM software experience (Gibbs CAM preferred)
• Employment stability
• Ability to pass a background check

• Program CNC mills and multi-turret/spindle turning centers for the production of tight tolerance machined components
• Create CAM programs using Gibbs CAM
• Review drawings and routings for manufacturability
• Select tooling for different machining sequences
• Ensure accurate production standards are entered in company’s ERP system
• Perform time / motion studies and make recommendations for waste reduction and efficiency improvements
• Stage and kit tooling
• Set up and operate machines of a complex nature
• Maintain setup sheets for new parts or design changes
• Support in-process inspection of machined components
