Job Description Cutting Edge Fabrication seeks a highly motivated individual with CNC programming and machining expertise. You will produce metal parts and components, meeting production schedules while maintaining quality and profitability. Responsibilities include problem-solving and accurate machining of metal components to print specifications. In this job, you will be responsible for the following: Creating programs using customer drawings. Set up machining jobs. Edit and prove out programs. Produce parts to print specifications. Inspect parts using protractors, squares, tape measure, caliper, height gauges, etc. Participate in continuous improvement culture. Keep the department organized and clean for a safe working environment. Other duties as required. Requirements Minimum five years of programming and machining experience. Familiarity with Haas or Fanuc controls. Excellent math skills, including trigonometry. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, including GD&T. A clear understanding of the feed and speed characteristics of specific metals and cutting tools. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Forklift and overhead crane experience. Must have good attendance and be on time. Embrace and demonstrate company values. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
