JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in CNC programming, and MUST have experience in woodworking and Kitchen Cabinets.
This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD designs, as well as the ability to apply basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have worked in woodworking and Kitchen cabinet Industry.
• Proven experience in CNC programming with a strong understanding of machining processes.
• Proficiency in Mozaik Software, MasterCam Software and blueprint reading is essential.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic math skills for calculations is required.
• Experience operating forklifts and knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary for success in this role.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.

Experience:

• kitchen cabinet programming: 4 years (required

• Create Blueprints in MOZAIK SOFTWARE when needed.
• Set up and operate CNC milling & tools when needed.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure accurate production specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Perform assembly tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
