CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Able to create CNC Programs using various machine controls, and CAM software.
• Able to create 2D drawings & 3D models using CAD, 3D Modeling and CAM software.
• Experience with machining techniques using machinery including but not limited to horizontal and vertical CNC lathes, horizontal and vertical CNC mills, etc.
• Time management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of standard machining practices & tooling.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Willingness to participate and support other aspects of the organization.
• Able to excel in high pressure situation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred General Machinist Certificate, or relevant experience (grandfathered)
• Or Mechanical Engineering Technician or Technologist
• 3 years minimum experience as CNC Programmer
• Proficient with 2D CAD/ 3D Modeling & CAM software (Our software: AutoCAD LT, Fusion 360, Smart CAM & Rope CAM)
• Capable of physical demands including heavy lifting with assistance.
• Proficient in reading and writing English
