Our client located in North York is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join their firm.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience as CNC Operator
· Skills in operating and understanding CNC machinery and tools
· Computer savvy
· Knowledge of CAD Software
· Working knowledge of Master Cam.
· Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
· Good communication abilities
· A keen eye for detail driven approach
· High school or diploma

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience:

• CNC programming: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In perso

· Operate and prepare CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
· Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings etc.
· Translate instructions in to computer so machines can perform correct function
· Prepare a test run to check if machine produces the desired output
· Write and optimize CNC Programming languages
· Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
· Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make necessary adjustments.
· Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
