Role Overview

You’ll take full ownership of CNC programming and setup, supporting both new and legacy product lines. Responsibilities include:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC mills and/or lathes
• Creating programs from scratch using Mastercam
• Working with Haas and DMG Siemens controls and software
• Applying GD&T and technical documentation to ensure accuracy
• Using CAD and solid modeling tools to support machining operations

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of milling, turning, and grinding
• Proficiency in CAD, ideally SolidWorks, for model creation
• Familiarity with special processes like heat treatment and NDT
• Confident understanding of precision tolerances and aerospace-grade expectations
