We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling machines, lathes, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) processes.
  • Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA to create detailed designs and specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate machining of parts.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Conduct thorough inspections using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
  • Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs for manufacturability.
  • Maintain tooling and equipment in optimal condition for production runs.
  • Troubleshoot programming issues and make necessary adjustments during the machining process.
