We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CNC programming and machining, with expertise in various software and tools. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in CNC programming with a strong understanding of CNC lathe and milling machine operations.
• Proficiency in CAM programming and familiarity with various CNC software platforms such as Fanuc.
• Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Experience in machining processes within a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong mathematical skills to perform calculations related to geometry and measurements accurately.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling machines, lathes, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) processes.
• Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA to create detailed designs and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate machining of parts.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct thorough inspections using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs for manufacturability.
• Maintain tooling and equipment in optimal condition for production runs.
• Troubleshoot programming issues and make necessary adjustments during the machining process.
