We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of CNC Lemoine Programmer at Accurate Manufacturing 4.0.
The CNC Lemoine Programmer is responsible for developing quality programs that run as efficiently as possible with the least amount of down time.
This position reports directly to the CNC Leader.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience programming with Lemoine software
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding an asset
• Strong work ethic
• Able to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently or as part of a team

• Use supplied manufacturing prep files to program all jobs in Lemoine software
• Ensure operators and leaders are aware of any issues
• Program effective and efficient tool paths
• Create tooling requests for the tooling that is to be used on their machine
• Make their own tooling (cutters, tool sets, etc.)
