REQUIREMENTS OF CNC PROGRAMMER/MACHINIST:

• 2+ CNC Programming exp and 5+ yrs Machining experience required
• Direct experience with stainless, aluminum, titanium, nickel, and other exotic metals required
• Knowledge of G & M codes, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and ability to read and interpret blueprints required
• Experience in bidding/estimating jobs from RFQs required
• Experience with AS9100 compliance and supporting audits preferred

• Lead day-to-day machining operations including quoting, programming, machine operations, and team delegation
• Developing and modifying NC programs for mill and lathe operations
• Producing accurate setup sheets and tool lists to ensure first-article success on tight-tolerance, high-value parts
