POSITION OVERVIEW • Program, set up, and machine precision custom components in a high-mix, low-volume CNC job shop environment • Review blueprints, engineering drawings, machining specifications, and GD&T requirements • Perform complete machine setups, tooling selection, fixture design, offsets, and first-piece verification • Troubleshoot machining processes and modify CNC programs to maintain quality and production efficiency • Manufacture precision components for a variety of customers with frequent setup changes and tight tolerances • Complete production documentation, quality inspections, and preventive equipment maintenance COMPENSATION • Hourly Compensation Based on Experience and Programming Skills SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday • 7:00 AM-3:30 PM • Full-Time • Overtime Available and Required as Business Needs Demand WHY CNC MACHINISTS ARE APPLYING • Precision job shop—not repetitive production manufacturing • Diverse custom projects for multiple customers • High-mix, low-volume machining environment • Hands-on programming, setup, and machining responsibilities • Stable first-shift opportunity with benefits BENEFITS • Medical Insurance • 401(k) • Paid Vacation Requirements • Minimum Five Years of Recent Precision CNC Job Shop Experience REQUIRED • Expert CAM Programming Experience REQUIRED • Ability to Independently Program, Set Up, Troubleshoot, and Machine Precision Components REQUIRED • Experience Manufacturing Custom Parts for Multiple Customers REQUIRED • Extensive Experience with Frequent Setup Changes and Tight Tolerances REQUIRED • High-Mix / Low-Volume Manufacturing Experience REQUIRED • Excellent Blueprint Reading and GD&T Interpretation REQUIRED • Strong Knowledge of Tooling, Fixturing, Offsets, and Precision Inspection REQUIRED • Ability to Work Overtime as Required Not a Fit If Your Background Is Primarily: • Manufacturing the same company's products in a production environment • High-volume or repetitive manufacturing with limited setup variation • CNC programming without strong hands-on machining and setup experience Not ready to formally apply?
