QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience with a focus on Doosan and Mazak machines.
• Expertise in Mastercam for programming complex parts.
• Strong knowledge of G-code, Mazatrol, and Fanuc controls.
• Experience with multi-axis lathe and milling programming.
• Understanding of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and material properties.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and GD&T.
• Hands-on experience with machine setup and operation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Program Doosan and Mazak CNC lathes and milling machines using Mastercam.
• Develop efficient machining processes, selecting appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings to create precise CNC programs.
• Optimize machining strategies for cycle time reduction and tool life maximization.
• Set up CNC machines and guide operators through machining processes.
• Occasionally operate machines as needed to ensure proper execution of programs.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
• Create detailed setup sheets and work instructions for machinists.
• Ensure all programs meet quality and precision requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for machining efficiency and accuracy.
