Aureol Global Connections is currently looking to hire 2 experienced CNC Programmer Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce precise and high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Create and optimize CNC programs based on technical drawings and product specifications. Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to ensure production accuracy and efficiency. Perform regular inspections of machined parts using precision measurement tools to verify quality and adherence to tolerances. Identify and troubleshoot any issues during machining processes to minimize downtime. Document program changes and inspection results accurately for quality control purposes. Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company and industry safety standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and goals. Continuously update knowledge of CNC technology and machining best practices. Demonstrated experience as a CNC Programmer Operator in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code and hands-on operation of CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings accurately. Skilled in using precision measurement tools for quality assurance. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to manage workload efficiently. Good communication skills with a team-oriented mindset. Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) is advantageous.
