We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator to join our growing team in the production of soft play equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with technical CNC experience who also enjoys contributing to a fun, creative, and safety-focused product line.
Job Title: CNC Programmer / Operator – Soft Play Manufacturing
Location: Corston, Malmesbury, Wiltshire
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 28k – 30k per annum
Start Date: ASAP

SKILLS

• Experience as a CNC operator/programmer preferred
• Understanding of CNC machining processes and tools
• Experience with CAD/CAM software ( VCarve, or similar)
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in manufacturing soft play, foam, or upholstery components is a bonus (but not required)

• Program and operate CNC machines (primarily for foam, wood, or plastic components)
• Read and interpret CAD drawings and technical specifications
• Set up tools, materials, and machine parameters
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Collaborate with design and production teams
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
