Position Title: CNC / Programmer/ Operator

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC machining, with specific expertise in injection molds
· Cimatron programming experience is required
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to work well with team members across departments
· Professional demeanor and highly organized work habits
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
· In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC machine operation

· Schedule CNC machine time to align with project delivery deadlines
· Operate CNC machines with minimal supervision and maximize unattended machine time
· Execute machining tasks based on instructions and setup sheets provided by the CNC Manager
· Provide daily job progress updates to the CNC Manager
· Inspect machined components to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
