Description

Masstemps are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our busy manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Bewdley. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer numerical control programming and will be responsible for creating precise programmes that guide CNC machines in the fabrication of components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within a manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong ability to understand complex technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in CNC programming.
  • Experience in wood is advantageous
  • Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting machinery issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Troubleshoot issues with machinery or programmes and implement solutions promptly.
