JOB TITLE: PROGRAMMER

Description
The Programmer will work with the Plant Manager and other members of the Quality, Engineering and Operations Teams to develop the industry’s premiere design team, industry-leading designs, features, benefits and industry-leading development timelines and responsiveness for this market, including participating in business development efforts to establish a loyal customer base, and drive revenue growth.
Specific Job Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to complete programs for turret manufacturing
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to complete programs for laser manufacturing
- Assist and utilize software to program additional machines once added (i.e. water jet, router, etc).
- Work with Operations to prioritize and identify product flow through machines
- Participate in identifying machines to add to streamline manufacturing process
- Identify improvements for manufacturing and fabrication of components
- Work with Operations to implement standards with relation to programming and part flow
- Train and assist programmers to standardize and learn software and process for programming
- Assist Operations with additional responsibilities to allow processes to run efficiently
- Lead and participate in projects to improve manufacturing
- Work with and assist with standardizing design methods and details in Engineering as they relate to programming and manufacturing
- Attend and participate in design reviews and design activities for release of projects
- Utilize other software and contribute in finding ways to simplify processes
- Contribute to the specifications of The Company’s designs, features, benefits and overall product offerings

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
