To support the on-going growth of our business, we are currently seeking a CNC Programmer who has AutoCAD experience :to join our West Edmonton team. The successful candidate will enjoy a variety of duties and will be joining a fast-paced, safe environment and diverse team!

Key Responsibilities: :

  • Nest plates using ProNest and SigmaNEST plasma software utilizing both manual and auto-nesting. Adjust leads and cutting sequences as necessary
  • Must have basic metallurgy knowledge and accurately measure plate thickness and overall sheet sizes for efficient nesting
  • Program with SigmaNEST to bevel and drill manufactured parts
  • Analyze production schedule and nesting priorities and create CNC programs that will be used to manufacture parts
  • Perform other tasks assigned in support of fabrication operations
  • Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the position
  • Maintain organization of current open and upcoming jobs

Essential Skills and Experience: :

  • Excellent communication skills: the ability to read, write and speak fluently
  • Must have AutoCAD experience
