Workforce Inc is looking for a seasoned CNC Programmer & Setup Technician (Lathe) to bring their skills to our clients’ fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment where quality and efficiency go hand-in-hand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Program CNC lathes for optimal performance, including twin spindle/twin turret machines
• Set up machines for production runs and ensure first-off quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming and setup challenges
• Optimize existing programs to minimize cycle times and boost productivity
• Operate machines when programming/setup is not required
• Conduct in-process inspections using precise measuring tools (micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement Lean improvements
• Perform light assembly work during cycle times, ensuring part quality
• Carry out preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow ISO, FEM, and Lean Manufacturing best practices
