We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fabrication and mechanical processes, with a keen understanding of CNC machinery and programming. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in CNC programming with a strong understanding of fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in mechanical knowledge, including the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
• Experience with hand tools, tooling, grinding, welding, and assembly processes is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Develop and optimise CNC programmes for various machining processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce high-quality components.
• Conduct regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in the manufacturing process.
• Utilise hand tools and tooling effectively for assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Perform grinding, welding, and sheet metal work as required during the production process.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any defects encountered.
