JOB SUMMARY

Oliveri Millworks is a custom high-end architectural millwork operation located in West Palm Beach, FL. We fabricate a custom line of mahogany, steel, stainless steel windows and , interior doors, and custom woodwork.
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various fabrication processes. This role involves working with metals to create and assemble components, ensuring quality and precision in every project. The Metal Fabricator will collaborate with engineers and other team members to produce high-quality products that meet specifications.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in machining techniques and mechanical knowledge is essential.
  • Familiarity with robotics, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, vision inspection systems, logic controllers, and distributed control systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate metal components using various tools and techniques, including welding, cutting, and machining.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design modifications and fabrication planning.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in the fabrication process and implement solutions.
  • Operate and maintain machinery, including robotics and vision inspection systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Work with distributed control systems and logic controllers to enhance production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time while adhering to safety standards.
