THE ROLE:

You’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating our CNC router machines and CO2 CNC lasers to produce precision parts from technical drawings and specifications. This hands-on role offers the chance to work on varied, bespoke projects in a supportive and professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program and operate flatbed horizontal CNC routers and CO2 CNC lasers.
• Set up machines, load materials, and select appropriate tools and settings.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD files accurately.
• Check machine settings, dimensions, and tolerances to ensure quality output.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain machinery for efficient operation.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised.
• Track production progress, maintaining clear records of work completed.
• Work closely with production teams to meet project deadlines.
