JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC router to produce precision countertops according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
  • Ability to operate crane and forklifts safely; certification preferred.
  • Competence in using hand tools and measuring devices such as calipers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
