CNC Operator Job Description:
We are a well-established signage and large-format printing company with over 15 years of experience in branding. We specialize in high-quality signage, including channel letters, lightboxes, wayfinding signs, pylons, and more. REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience operating CNC routers.
• Proficiency with file preparation software (e.g., AutoCAD, VCarve, Fusion 360).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with sign-making materials (acrylic, aluminum, wood, PVC, etc.) is an asset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a sign-making environment.
• Knowledge of CNC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of shop safety protocols.

• Operate CNC routers to produce signage components according to specifications.
• Prepare and adjust digital files (CAD/CAM) for CNC cutting.
• Interpret technical drawings and job orders to ensure precise outcomes.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Inspect finished signage pieces for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and client expectations.
