Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments for each job
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and assembly processes
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines is desired, training can be given
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations related to machining operations
- Familiarity with various tooling types and their applications
