POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating 5’x10’ CNC routers (Biesse / Multicam) with EnRoute software, and ideally some exposure to SWOOD. This role will be primarily focused on cutting materials such as plywood, plastics, ACM, MDF, and other substrates for custom fabrication projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC routers in a production or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency with EnRoute and Multicam / Biesse machines.
• Knowledge of SWOOD software.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret CAD/CAM files, drawings, and templates.
• Experience working with wood, plastics, composites, and metal sheet materials.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Set up, program, and operate CNC router equipment.
• Prepare and cut materials including plywood, plastic, ACM, MDF, and specialty substrates.
• Interpret and execute cut files using EnRoute and/or SWOOD software.
• Maintain quality control by checking dimensions, tolerances, and finishes of parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
