JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CNC Router table Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with programming and operating a cnc router table. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control are essential for success in this position.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is a plus.
• Experience operating press brake machines and performing welding tasks is advantageous.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks for design purposes is desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate forklifts safely.

• Set up and operate CNC router table, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents to determine machining requirements
• Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure product accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members in the assembly process and packaging of finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for machining tasks as required.
