Due to the continual improvement and increased workload a full time position has become available for an experienced 5 Axis CNC Miller to join our team.
Located in Sutton-In-Ashfield, working for a company that is a world leader, constantly growing in a specialised market. The right candidate will be working for the part of the company that manufactures bespoke injection and blow mould tooling.
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following attributes;
· Preferably at least three years of experience in a similar role and must be able to confidently run CNC Milling machines.
· Experience in setting up and programming of CNC Machines using Heidenhain controls with the knowledge of Fanuc being advantageous.
· Good understanding of cutters speeds and feeds.
· Ability to read from technical drawings is essential.
· Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
· Ability to work to high tolerances.
· Ability to use measuring equipment.
· Working successfully as part of an established team.
· Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
