This CNC Style Setup Operator will be responsible for operating lathes with live tooling and Vertical Mills with 4th & 5th Axis Capabilities. Preferred machine types are DMG Mori, HAAS, and Hurco machining centers. Primary Job Duties: CNC Set-up experience required, 5 years minimum Lathe experience with live tooling (Y axis) and sub-spindle Read and interpret drawings Must be proficient in GD&T Read micrometer and other precision instruments Calculate/adjust machine settings Identify/solve problems Leadership experience a plus Must be a team player Requirements High School diploma/GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Fluent in Shop Math. Maintains cleanliness of work area utilizing 5S techniques and methods. Responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of equipment. Solid work history. Must be able to frequently: push, pull, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, stand, see general and close up, hear, speak, use motor coordination - dexterity as well as eye, hand, foot and use of hand(s), wrist, arms, and fingers and arm(s) in any direction. Must be able to occasionally: kneel, stoop, bend, grip, climb flights of stairs.
